RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that some of our products are handmade and that some prints are either screen or block printed by hand while some fabrics are hand loomed. This means that there may be small inconsistencies in colour, shape, print or other elements within your order. We celebrate these inconsistencies as part of enjoying handmade products and we hope that you will too.
We hope you're completely satisfied with your products however, if you need a different size or suspect a fault, please email us at email@example.com within 21 days. We'll send you the address to return your unworn or unused product, with tags still attached.
We're more than happy to provide an exchange of size if your original order did not fit. You'll need to cover the cost of the postage back to us and we'll pay to have your new size shipped back to you.
We offer a full refund or exchange for all garments if by chance they're faulty and all of your postage costs will be refunded.
Size exchanges will be sent once weekly in a bulk shipment at our cost. If you require your exchange urgently, we can arrange this at a cost of $20.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items unless they are faulty.
The Green Street Collective does not accept refunds for change of mind purchases. We believe strongly in the quality of our products, but if there is any fault or damage to your product, please let us know and we will cover postage costs to return the item. If you change your mind & would like a different style or we don't have the size available in the style you like we are happy to give you store credit for the full amount of your purchase once we receive your returned items.
